Women in Data: Inspiring Stories from Our Console Flare Alumni

How Console Flare Supports Your Job Placement?

Once, back when careers in data were something only a tech expert could do. But today, things have changed. Whether it is event managers, homemakers, finance professionals, freshers, or from any background, women are not eagerly wanting to get back to their jobs but are already doing a job at being a new life by turning their passion into work.

At ConsoleFlare, we have been fortunate to counsel several ladies who took a bolder step to start over. They took a leap of faith on themselves, discovered new talents, and changed their life. But these are not just career changes but a belief in oneself, learning, and changing.

Inspiring Women Stories from Our Console Flare Alumni

Let us meet these inspiring women making their mark in a world full of data.

  1. 1. Jyoti Kumari – From Event Manager to Data Analyst at Vanderlande

Jyoti was a former Event Manager. She liked her work, but something felt like it was off. That she needed stability in her career, where her decisions she felt were based on data and numbers rather than creativity.

She learnt the fundamentals of Excel, Python, and Power BI when she joined ConsoleFlare. She was getting real projects, so she was getting paid for practicing regularly and eventually building confidence.

She now works as a Data Analyst at Vanderlande. I love her story because it proves that you do not need a technical background to become a data professional; you just need clarity and the will to make it happen.

  1. 2. Katyayani Tripathi – Developer to Data Analyst at GlobalLogic

Katyayani was already a Developer in a logistics firm. However, she desired something deeper, a position where her input could be instrumental in the actual business decision-making process.

During her time at ConsoleFlare, she was taught how to derive insights from data, build reports, and visualize trends and patterns. Wasn’t afraid of learning SQL, Pandas, and storytelling with Power BI.

Due to her efforts, she got a placement as a Data Analyst at GlobalLogic. What her story teaches is that even if you are already on the tech track, a good course in data analytics can take your career to the next level.

Along the way, she created practical projects to grow her knowledge of data systems. Swati, today, is a Data Engineer for JPMorgan Chase, one of the largest financial companies in the world.

It proves that even non-IT folks can enter global companies with a proper learning platform.

She learned data analysis one step at a time, Python and SQL to Power BI, and eventually got hired by the Hinduja Group as a Data Analyst.

The inspiration she brings with that story is that you are never too old to dream, and that no career break is too long to come back.
